Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented coordinator to support the Director of Data Engineering & Products. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and has experience supporting senior leaders in technology or data-focused organizations. A strong understanding of the data landscape is a plus.
· Provide high level general administrative support to the Director, Data Engineering & Products
· Manage daily calendars, schedule meetings across time zones, coordinate logistics, and handle meeting preparation.
· Track key priorities and manage follow-up on open items, ensuring deadlines are met.
· Partner with the broader Studio Technology administrative team to support large-scale meetings and events, including department town halls. (logistics, preparation, invitations and materials etc.).

· Build and maintain strong relationships across Studio Technology and partner organizations.
· Support occasional special projects involving cross-functional teams in data engineering, governance, or product strategy.
· Set priorities, meet deadlines, operate independently and follow up on assignments with minimal supervision/direction.
· Create a positive environment for all who interact with the office of the Director Data Engineering & Products.
· Collaborate proactively and effectively with the department administrative team.

Basic Qualifications
· Experience supporting an executive office as a highly collaborative and well-integrated partner.
· Must demonstrate strong sense of urgency, flexibility and the ability to handle uncertainties associated with a fast-paced environment.
· Ability and willingness to anticipate needs, by building solutions aligned with the executive and the organization.
· Demonstrated ability to work within a matrix organization; and a willingness to work and integrate with multiple partners while maintaining tact and diplomacy
· Ability to make decisions when there is a lack of information; proven ability to change course of action quickly.
· Demonstrated ability to manage simultaneous priorities and work with a high degree of organization, attention to detail, and strong follow-up skills.
· Ability to take initiative and be proactive in managing work - utilizing technical and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications ·
· Experience supporting leaders in data engineering, data science, or data product management organizations.
· Proven knowledge of Company policies and procedures.
· Extensive expense report and travel experience.
· SAP and Workday User experience.

Required Education
· Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience

Must haves:
· Microsoft office skills
· Strong scheduling experience and attention to detail
· Concur experience is a plus for travel booking
